Tick. Whoosh. Off your mind.

Tickosh is a task and reminder app for people with ADHD, autistic people, and anyone whose memory drops things. Write a thought down in two seconds. Tickosh reminds you when it matters, and keeps reminding until it's done, as hard as you ask it to.

Open Tickosh Every reminder is free, forever. What Plus adds.
Tickosh's Today on a computer: a sidebar of lists, and the day's tasks and events in time order, each with its time. Today on a phone: the same tasks in a single column.

Made for the moment you'd otherwise forget

Tickosh holds on to things for you, and brings each one back at the right time, without turning your day into a wall of red.

  1. Down in two seconds

Type Dentist tomorrow 3pm, say it, or share it in from another app, and it's a task with a date and a time. A list, a tag or a priority goes in the same line. There are no forms to fill in.

  2. Reminders that keep going

One alert is easy to swipe away. Ask Tickosh to remind you again every few minutes until it's done, from Gentle to Urgent, which rings through silent mode. Quiet hours hold reminders back while you sleep or work. Done, Snooze and Won't do sit on the lock screen.

  3. Today is three things

Today shows your three, one at a time if you like, and Pick for me when you can't choose. Things you missed wait under "From earlier", without a red count, and each morning asks what to do with yesterday. Low-stimulation mode turns the screen grey, except for the colours you choose to keep.

  4. Your calendars inside

Tasks and events share one Today. Connect Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud, or use the calendars already on your phone, to see the events from the calendars you choose beside your tasks, or turn a calendar's events into tasks. Put the lists you choose into a calendar of Tickosh's own in your account. A warning comes before each event, and time to leave when you need to travel. Tickosh reads only the calendars you turn on, and changes no other event unless you ask it to delete one (how Tickosh uses Google data).

  5. A garden, not a streak

Every task you finish grows something in a garden of your own. Nothing is scored, nothing is lost, and there is no streak to break. Routines with step timers and a focus timer on the lock screen help the hard parts along.

  6. Shared, so nobody has to nag

Share a list with the people in your house, give a task to someone, and the reminder goes to them. Simpler mode trims the app down to the essentials when that's what the day needs.

Your tasks stay yours

  • No ads, no tracking, and nothing sold.
  • Your tasks are never used to train AI.
  • If you connect Google Calendar, Tickosh's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Download your events and dated tasks as a calendar file whenever you like.
  • Passkeys, two-factor, a sessions screen, export any time, and delete in one screen.
